Building Bridges is about empowering children & young adults through school-library partnerships. The theme includes school libraries in the educational context, services for school libraries by public libraries, co-location, ‘brede school' = joint facility in community centre, including other services: health centre, cultural centre, kindergarten etc.

The conference will bring together experts and colleagues from schools and libraries to work on a better understanding of professional values and practices and present concrete examples of successful bridge building projects. Come and join us! We offer you a dynamic programme, including creative onsite learning visits in small groups to innovative children's libraries, school library services and child focused programmes.
